Microsoft Web Apps,the equivalent of Google apps has been launched in India which allows the users to create,edit,access and share documents of the Office suite which includes Excel, PowerPoint,word from any system with a internet connection.The service is absolutely free.
Microsoft Web Apps can be accessed from any browsers like Internet Explorer 7,Mozilla 3.5 or later with a hotmail id.The style,formatting,images and meta objects can be retained."Office Web Apps are a key piece of Microsoft's overall cloud strategy.
