HTC Incredible S launched in India


After the launch of HTC Desire in India,Taiwanese giant has launched Android based smartphone Incredible S which runs on Android 2.2 Froyo. Incredible S features a 4 Inch Super LCD screen,8 Mega Pixel Dual LED Flash Camera and a 1.3 Mega Pixel Camera in the front side for video calling.

The Android smartphone will come with the HTC's Sense interface. Powered Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC with 1GHz Scorpion CPU, the smartphone offers 1GB ROM and 768MB RAM. The phone's connectivity options include Bluetooth 2.1, DLNA, GPS, . The phone comes with built-in DLNA technology which is used to share videos, pictures and music with other DLNA capable devices.It is priced at Rs 28,900.

HTC Desire Z launched in India





HTC Corporation has launched the smatphone HTC Desire Z at Rs 25,590 in India.It runs on Android 2.2 Froyo Operating Syste and a 3.7 inch screen.touch screen that enables surfing the web with a mere touch and a dedicated QWERTY keyboard for quick texting and emails.

HTC Desire Z claims 14.4Mbps download speed with HSPA network support and WiFi . On connectivity front, the smartphone supports Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, FM Radio, A-GPS, Digital compass, accelerometer, proximity sensor, and has 3.5mm audio port.

Other features include HD video recording and a 5-megapixel camera with flash, auto-focus and face recognition. The mobile phone supports 480x800 pixel resolution. Desire Z has an 800MHz Qualcomm MSM7230 microprocessor and 512MB RAM.

Block your search results in Google.

Google has been continuously bringing changes to the search results and it is more focused to provide quality results to the users.A new feature was introduced by Google yesterday which allows users to block domains which they consider it as spam.

The search engine is now showing an option next to the cached feature in search results to let users block a particular domain in the future.The user will get the confirmation message saying that blocked domains will not be displayed.

The users need to sign into their Google account before blocking the domain and they also have an option of undo if they later consider to unblock the domain.The new feature is rolling out now on Google.com in English for people using Chrome 9+, IE8+ and Firefox 3.5+, though Google will be expanding to new regions, languages and browsers.

Apple I-pad 2 sales begins


Sale of Apple I-pad 2 has began but online pre orders started much earlier.An year ago Apple sold more than 3,00,000 I-pads on the first day of its sales and this year also Apple is expecting numbers close to it.The same level of excitement is also there for I-pad 2 and device is termed as evolutionary rather than revolutionary.

With the same price tag of $499-$829 depending upon the storage, I-pad 2 is loaded with much more features and improvements.The new version of I-pad 2 will faster, slimmer and lighter, and now includes two cameras for video calling and photographs

After I-pad many tablet PC's began to storm the market and only Motorola Xoom appears to be it's closest competitor running in Android OS for tablet PC's. I-pad 2 will be launched on March 25th and 26th in Mexico,New Zealand,Spain and UK.

1,50,000 Gmail accounts disabled

Almost 1,50,000 Gmail users were well shocked when they woke up yesterday morning to found out their mails, attachments and chat logs were not found. Many were in doubt that whether their accounts were compromised.
Less than 0.08 percent of Gmail users have been affected by the bug and the users found only a welcome message in their inbox when they logged in.

The good news is that Google has said that their engineers are working to restore the access.Affected users will not be able to access the account when the problem is being worked on.There are lots of doubt in the users mind how long will Google takes to solve this issue.Some of the people have even started using backup sites to restore their mails which actually workout to some extent.
